To our valued customers, partners, and peers,
As the current COVID-19 situation continues to unfold, affecting our families, communities, and businesses, I wanted to send a note on behalf of the whole Park N Play Design team to check-in and update you on how we’re navigating these uncertain times.
We are following all government directives for sanitization, hygiene, and social distancing while maintaining operations so we can be here for you, continuing to support your planning, designing, sourcing, and building. As things continue to rapidly evolve, we will be as flexible and agile as we can be in supporting you in the great work you do.
We are also working closely with our suppliers to ensure our equipment manufacturing facilities adhere to elevated sanitization expectations. Additionally, we are working to ensure we are as prepared as we can be for any potential supply chain disruptions, although we don’t expect any major interruptions in the foreseeable future. As part of our efforts to manage supply sources, we encourage you to reach out to us with your projected plans for the year. This will help us best understand how we can support product demand and lead times, which may increase depending on demand or specialty.
As the weather starts to warm, it will be important to ensure our current parks and playgrounds stay as clean as possible. The CDC has shared some key recommendations on ensuring these surfaces are regularly disinfected – you can find that information here.
Now, I mentioned I wanted to update you, but I also wanted to check-in. Please feel free to reach out to me or the team directly to chat.
