Adults in the community of Verchères, a suburb of Montreal, will soon be able to exercise outdoors with GameTime's GT Fit fitness products. During a recent public meeting, the community decided to create a new outdoor fitness space. Tessier Récréo-Parc, GameTime's exclusive representative throughout Quebec, will design a space that provides all five elements of a well-rounded workout using equipment from the GT Fit product range. These products help adults achieve and maintain fitness in five areas: aerobic fitness, muscle strength, core strength, balance, and flexibility.
